In 2006, the company acquired the mudd, London Fog, Mossimo, Ocean Pacific brands on April 11, August 29, November 1, and November 6, respectively.

Among its many acquisitions, the mudd brand can be considered as its most unique one. This is because the brand is one of the many clothing brands that became popular not only because of its fashionable trends of design, but also because of its cost. The mudd clothing line sells some of the cheapest clothing line around while still maintaining its top quality styles and fashion.
